Parallels provides a detailed walkthrough for enabling limited anonymous FTP access for a domain in Plesk. Anonymous FTP access allows internet users to upload and download files on your server without a username and password. Be cautious when enabling this feature, as it is a potential security risk.

If, in Step 3, the Anonymous FTP icon is grayed out, make sure the IP address that this domain is on is set to Exclusive.
