(mt) Media Temple previously offered Urchin statistics as an add-on for the (dv) Dedicated-Virtual Server. This product has been discontinued. You may want to look at other statistic options here:

Urchin use
Here is a quick reference for using Urchin on your (dv) Dedicated-Virtual Server. This applies to installations previously performed by (mt) Media Temple. If you have additional questions, please consult the help link above.
Access statistics
You can access your statistics for a particular domain over Port 9999.
- http://example.com:9999
- Username: admin
- Password: AccountCenter Owner password at time of Urchin installation

Add domain to reports
- See the Urchin page for instructions on adding a Profile to Urchin.
- Your log file locations should be specified as follows (replace example.com with your own domain):
- /var/www/vhosts/example.com/statistics/access_log*
- Allow Urchin to access the logs by running the following command in SSH:
chmod 755 /var/www/vhosts/*/statistics
