Introduction

Many (gs) Grid-Service customers request automated backup options. Currently, (mt) Media Temple does not offer backup solutions for the (gs) Grid-Service, enter CodeGuard.

CodeGuard offers a free automated backup service. CodeGuard is simply a time machine for your website. Keep in mind, you will have to provide CodeGuard your FTP information.

If you are looking to use the database backup option, you will need to white-list the following IP addresses within the (gs) Grid-Service control panel.

CodeGuard's IP's are:

  • 184.72.217.227
  • 184.72.217.230
