Future releases of the API will add support for the following capabilities:

  • Additional Server controls such as Create Server, Stop, Resume, and Cancel Service.
  • Scale-up/Scale-down methods to adjust service resources.
  • Integration with other IaaS/PaaS Clouds such as DevStructure; libCloud; EC2; S2 or others.
  • Extend Realtime Server Status to (dv) Dedicated-Virtual, and (dpv) Nitro services.
  • Mobile device support.

Input from Beta participants will be influential in our decisions regarding feature set and development sequence, so we encourage interested parties to actively engage. Please see the (mt) Labs page for Beta information.
